It's the final game on the Micro User "Christmas Crackers" disc - a jolly little musical quiz in which you have to guess the carol as quickly as possible, seeing how many you can get in 60 seconds! A very enjoyable festive game that relies heavily, in my case, on school assembly knowledge from back in the mists of time - enjoy!
