This is a video of a talk I gave to the RISC OS User Group of London (ROUGOL) on Monday 16th February 2026, edited from the footage recorded from the Zoom livestream. In this talk I spoke about what led me to set up my YouTube channel, what it's all about and how I go about making my videos. I also took the opportunity to show off a few of my portable computers that I'd brought along to the event for attendees to have a play with. I hope you find the video an interesting 'peek behind the curtain'!
I'm very grateful to Bryan Hogan for inviting me to come and speak at ROUGOL and to everyone who attended in person and online. It was a fun event, and I'm glad I did it!
Thanks also to Tony Bartram (aka AMCOG) who kindly shared the lovely London-themed intro and outro visuals to keep this video 'on brand' for ROUGOL.
ROUGOL runs pub talks like this every month at the Duke of Sussex pub in Waterloo, check out their website for details of forthcoming talks, which you can attend in person (free!) or online via the Zoom link. Maybe I'll see you there at the next one:
